To proceed with your order, we will need your full name and address as well as the address you want your products shipped to if it is different from your mailing address.  We will also need your daytime telephone number.  Please have your credit card ready.  We will need your credit card number, the expiry date as well as the name on the card.

 

For orders over $300.00 (Canadian Funds) we required a signed authorization form stating that you are giving us consent to charge the amount of your order to your credit card.  If your order is $300.00 or greater, we will fax this form to you and begin processing your order once we have a signed copy returned by fax or mail to us.

 

Our orders are shipped via UPS and are fully insured.  If the items you are ordering are stock items, you will usually have them in about one week's time.  If the items are non-stock, expect three to four weeks for delivery.
